Our Loan Process
You will need to submit:
- A completed construction loan application.
- Plans and specifications for your new home along with a sworn construction statement itemizing all costs associated with the buildout of the new home.
Once FCCA receives your underwritten application, we will:
- Underwrite your constuction loan application
- Communicate within 24 hours, loan approval and the terms and conditions of your closing.
When your loan is approved, we will:
- Provide you with a commitment letter outlining the costs associated with your loan and listing the steps to ensure a smooth closing.
- Order your appraisal.
- Order required title work for you.
- Schedule the closing on your behalf.
